Lake Glenbawn Field Archery Club
is a family friendly archery club situated in Scone in the Upper Hunter Valley region of New South Wales. Our Club house and grounds are located at Glenbawn Dam 10 minutes from Scone with access to over 50 acres of beautiful bushland for our archers. Glenbawn Dam is within the Reflections Holiday Parks location at Lake Glenbawn. It is a popular spot for camping, fishing and water ski-ing.
Lake Glenbawn Field Archery Club is affiliated with 3DAAA which is the 3D Archery Association of Australia. We have a full calendar year with both indoor and outdoor archery shoots. Our Indoor archery is held almost every second Saturday evening at the Scone basketball court and is suitable for all ages and skill levels. Once a month we hold an outdoor archery event at our club grounds at Lake Glenbawn 10 minutes from Scone. The club has National and State champions as well as Australian record holders within our members. There are many official 3DAAA competitions throughout New South Wales and interstate through the year.
We always welcome new members and have club archery equipment for novices to start with. Enquiries are encouraged as archery is a great sport for all the family to participate in together while developing skills at a level appropriate to their own age and skill.
